Dried figs should soak in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then you should cut them into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the eggs, olive oil and yogurt. Once mixed, add the solid ingredients. Finally, once the mixture is homogenized, add the fig pieces. Put in a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for about an hour.

First we prepare our dough. Add the flour, butter and salt and whisk gently. Then add the egg yolk. Once the dough is ready, leave it in the fridge, covered with cling film for around 60 minutes.
